Sentral hired AYS to create refined digital content and to launch and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for their Philadelphia-based property, The Battery. AYS secured influencers for collaborations, captured drone footage, and created captivating content designed to appeal to The Battery’s target audience of affluent 25-45 year olds. In just a few months, The Battery now has a highly engaged following, receives over 40K monthly impressions and has been featured in leading local media outlets including Philadelphia Magazine and Visit Philly. AYS developed an 8-Episode Instagram series starring actor Leon Robinson for VOLKL, a Global Tennis Equipment manufacturer. The series was designed to showcase Volkl’s next gen racquets, apparel and accessories in a sophisticated, entertaining format. AYS managed all content production including story boarding, filming, editing, talent mgmt., wardrobe, and venue scouting. This campaign increased overall users and engagement with over 80,000 impressions and increased views by over 329%.

AYS is the events agency for the Winners Alliance, an organization that represents the collective IP of athletes to create group licensing, sponsorship, partnership, content, investment and event opportunities on their behalf. The Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA) is a Winners Alliance affiliate. In 2023, AYS managed events for the PTPA in Indian Wells, Miami, Paris, London, and New York City. AYS manages all aspects of PTPA events including: concept and design, venue, food and beverage, sponsor integration, production, registration and athlete services.

As the North American Marketing Agency for the BVI Tourist Board AYS provided a wide array of marketing services. We identified sponsorship opportunities, activated sponsorships, created a BVI-themed culinary tour in key US markets, and managed the BVI Food Fete. The BVI Food Fete, a month-long culinary experience featuring local and celebrity chefs, took place on the islands of Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda and Anegada.
On behalf of the Italian National Tourist Board, AYS created a partnership with the San Diego Open. As the Official Tourism Destination of the tournament, the tourist board received a number of benefits, including on-site and digital promotions, online and broadcast exposure on ESPN, VIP hospitality and inclusion in tournament marketing initiatives. The event hosted over 22,000 guests and gained 3.4 million media impressions.
