The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board needed a new and innovative program to promote the BVI, generate qualified leads and create awareness about it’s annual BVI Food Fete, a month-long local food festival. To achieve this, AYS designed and managed the BVI Culinary Tour. This exciting series took place in key markets across the US and highlighted the sights, sounds and flavors of the BVI. Invited guests included travel agents, tourism journalists and social media influencers. Each event featured authentic music, mouth-watering cuisine prepared by a leading BVI chef, digital content designed exclusively for the Tour, trip giveaways and more!
One of New York’s premier luxury hotels, the Lotte New York Palace sought to establish itself as a hub of excitement during the US Open Tennis Championships. AYS created the “Palace Invitational” a one-of-a-kind badminton tournament featuring the biggest names in professional tennis, including Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev, Nick Kyrgios, and many others. Each year the event receives global media coverage. Most importantly, it demonstrates that when the worlds’ leading tennis stars come to New York, they choose the Lotte New York Palace.
